I went to shut the water off at the spigot and shielded my face from the spraying water with my hand… not fun. I kept the burn wrapped for 2-3 weeks and always had silvadene cream on it. After the bandage came off the skin was very dry so I kept Vaseline on it to let it heal further. Today you can’t tell I ever got burnt – no scars at all.

Fed up with constant cuts to programs and services the board created what it calls a “Restoration” Budget. It calls for increased funding to restore vital programs lost to years of cuts. BC’s Education Minister say the provincial School Act is very clear and if the board does not balance its budget — it will be relieved of its duties.
