Electronics Engineering Technology is a 3 year college diploma, not a University degree. This is good for hands on stuff: building circuits, testing / fixing circuits, etc.

Electrical Engineering is a 4 year degree, and covers everything from designing integrated circuits to designing high voltage power distribution grids.

Where Electronics Engineering is also offered, then Electrical implies machinery (motors, generators, transformers) and Electronics implies small signals carrying information (amplifiers, cell phones, computer chips, etc.)

Yes, they'd love to have you. If the online forms don't allow you to enter the right information, then email the admissions department at the university. Their website should have an email link. You can also call them, but that might get expensive.

Most universities have very good websites with good contact info - I'm sure you can find a link to "graduate studies" fairly easily.

There is no set rule on this. It will depend upon your college policies. Do you have a college advisor you can talk to at your community college? They should be able to tell you.

In my experience, yes you can. But that depends upon the school's requirements.

See your counselor to be sure all your classes will transfer. If you are in California you can go to Assist.org to see exactly what courses you can be taking towards your major. I have no idea what the requirements are for an AA degree but I wouldn't worry about. The AA won't do much for you, that Bachelors is the degree that matters.
